Private Sessions for Women 50+ who are Ready to Move Forward

Deep Dive Discovery Sessions

• This is a therapeutic process yet it is NOT therapy. I am your guide to help you move powerfully through your transition.
• It’s about the process and pure pleasure of making art (paint, collage, clay, drawing, movement, music, and/or writing, etc.). It is NOT about the final product.
• Again, there is no need to be an artist – only the desire to play, have fun, and explore.
• It is also a great way to help you bring your projects into fruition if you are an artist (or are becoming one). I can help you make peace with your inner-critic!
• Sessions are 1 or 1.5 hours each on Zoom. You can meet with me 2-4 times per month and a discount package is available for a series of 4 sessions purchased in advance.

Investment

• Deep Dive Discovery Private Sessions (via Zoom): $100.00 for 1 hour; $150.00 for 1.5 hours

• Multiple Session Discount:  If you pay for 4 sessions in advance you receive a 10% discount!

The most important benefit was helping me to realize getting healthy is not something I HAVE to do. That realization changed my entire attitude. Life Discovery and Mapping Sessions

Suzan also offers Life Discovery and Mapping Sessions to help clients get clear on where they are going and how to best arrive there! These sessions outline the necessary steps, how attaining the goals/intentions can be more fun, and it also looks at what might get in the way and how to work around those obstacles. This session stands alone or can be added to the Discovery Sessions.

Investment:

Pre-Work is Required. Meet for 1 hour for two or three sessions ($100.00 per session) (total of 2-3 hours). Leave with a comprehensive life plan! (Generally 3 or 5 years out)

Through coaching I gained confidence and set some important goals that are now attainable. With Suzan’s help, I was able to break these goals into pieces that were not overwhelming and actually fun to accomplish!  Grayson
