Private Sessions

letting go blog

Would you like to feel joy again?

Are you going through a challenging transition? Do you feel uncertain about what to do next?

What would it be like to be to feel clear and confident about your next steps? How would it be for you to move through your transition powerfully so you can experience joy again?

If you’re ready to release whatever has you stuck to move forward, I’m here to support you. Let’s talk to explore this!  You may contact me here.

Below is my art loft studio where you can experience a Deep Dive Discovery Session! See all the cool stuff you can play with here. Again, being an artist is NOT required. ONLY the desire to have fun and explore.

Suzan is kind, loving and patient.  I was able to creatively get in touch with some emotions that I didn’t even know were there. She helped me release the pain in my heel through a creative process. Thank you Suzan for you generous heart! Susie

Deep Dive Discovery Sessions

  • This is a therapeutic process yet it is NOT therapy. I am your guide to help you move powerfully through your transition.
  • It’s about the process and pure pleasure of making art (paint, collage, clay, drawing, movement, music, and/or writing, etc.). It is NOT about the final product.
  • There is no need to be an artist – only the desire to play, have fun, and explore.
  • Meet in my art loft studio in Tierrasanta with a beautiful view of Mission Trails Park.
  • These sessions can also be done by Skype or by phone (45 minutes or 1 hour).
  • The session is 1 hour and 15 minutes. Each session stands alone.
  • You may get exactly what you want with one session!
  • Discount packages are available.

Investment

  • Deep Dive Discovery Introductory Session (in-person): $79.00 for 1 hour and 15 minutes

  • Deep Dive Discovery Introductory Session (by Skype/phone): $59.00 for 45 minutes and $69.00 for 1 hour

The most important benefit was helping me to realize that this is a choice.  Getting healthy is not something I HAVE to do, although I was approaching it that way.  Getting healthy is something I wanted to do and chose to do.  That realization changed my entire attitude which I believe is the reason I made so much progress. I am now exercising regularly. I am on my last week of smoking and I am taking the time to relax, meditate and do whatever it is that my body/head need. I’m making my relationships more of a priority. Suzan helped me think outside of the box. She was 100% present for me.
