Deep Dive Discovery Sessions

  • This is a therapeutic process yet it is NOT therapy. I am your guide to help you move powerfully through your transition.
  • It’s about the PROCESS and PURE PLEASURE of making art (paint, collage, clay, drawing, movement, music, and/or writing, etc.). It is NOT about the final product.
  • There is no need to be an artist – only the desire to play, have fun, and explore.
  • Meet in my art loft in Tierrasanta with a beautiful view of Mission Trails Park.
  • The session is 1 hour and 15 minutes. Each session stands alone. You can gain insight and clarity with one session as it’s powerful!
  • Discount packages are available.


  • Deep Dive Discovery Sessions: Introductory Session: $59.00 for 1 hour and 15 minutes!
The most important benefit was helping me to realize that this is a choice.  Getting healthy is not something I HAVE to do, although I was approaching it that way.  Getting healthy is something I wanted to do and chose to do.  That realization changed my entire attitude which I believe is the reason I made so much progress. I am now exercising regularly. I am on my last week of smoking and I am taking the time to relax, meditate and do whatever it is that my body/head need. I’m making my relationships more of a priority. Suzan helped me think outside of the box. She was 100% present for me.
