Expressive arts uses movement, sound, the visual arts, creative writing, and drama to further self-expression, insight, creativity, and higher states of consciousness. Working with expressive arts does not require being an artist (although that’s fine too)! The focus is  on the process—–not the end result. This powerful work can foster emotional healing, resolve inner conflict, and reawaken your natural creativity.

  1. Hi Cherie,

I have another program Saturday June 11th at Glen Ivy (1:30 pm) called Creating Soul Portraits which I think you would enjoy. You can go to my website for more information: http://www.SuzanTusson.com (then events). I also offer complimentary 1/2 hour phone coaching sessions. Let me know if I can support you in that way. My editor is sending me the book tomorrow for my final edits….so my book is coming along. Don’t have an exact date for completion yet though it will be in the next few months (as an E-Book) then later as a print book. I’ll keep you posted!
    Thanks for getting in touch.

  2. Hi Suzan,
I feel so blessed to have friends, like yourself, who
know that women are multifaceted, and often have difficulty in undersanding and identifying their life purpose. Hence the skill of a personal life coach helps to hasten the process toward self-worth and confidence.

Your book will inspire many women to search within for their personal power and wisdom. I look forward to the completion and publishing of your book and a book signing party at my home.
    Fondly,
    Bev

  3. Dear Suzan,
I just started reading a wonderful book; you are a living example of the author’s purpose. It is called, “Writing to Change the World” by Mary Pipher. I am in a huge life transition, sometimes I am not certain where my feet are. Your sweet story of your Aunt Birdie Mae has helped to calm me where I am restless and inspire me where I am dulled. Thank you. I look forward to reading more from you and other wise women.
